Fixcraft / FixFilms is a leading specialist in Architectural Surface Protection Films, providing premium protection solutions for marble, quartz, granite, wood, glass, porcelain, kitchen countertops, dining tables, vanities, office furniture, and other high-value interior surfaces across the UAE.
We are looking for a young, energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Sales Engineer / Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting clients, and is excited to grow within a unique and rapidly expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable protection solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until project closure.
- Coordinate with the operations team for site surveys, installations, and project execution.
- Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, furniture suppliers, and facility management companies.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Keep accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in interiors, fit-out, construction materials, furniture, architectural products, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outdoor sales, client meetings, and site visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business communication.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
