Position Summary

Haven Scientific is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with the company’s key clients to ensure long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

The role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its key accounts, ensuring effective communication, smooth operations, and timely execution of business activities.

1.     Account Management

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

· Understand customer needs, operational requirements, and business objectives.

2.     Business Development & Strategy

· Independently identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities from prospecting to first po.

· Develop and own account plans for assigned key accounts, in alignment with the sales manager.

· Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.

· Identify potential opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to management.

3.     Sales & Revenue Management

· Achieve assigned targets across both new client acquisition and existing account growth.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful order processing.

· Monitor sales performance and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the crm system.

4.     Invoice Management & Collection

· Ensure all invoices are properly uploaded and recorded in the system.

· Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and collection of outstanding invoices.

· Coordinate with the finance department to track payment status and resolve any billing issues.

· Ensure that invoice payments are collected from the end user within the agreed payment terms.

5.     Customer Support & Satisfaction

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional support and timely responses.

· Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support when required.

· Address customer concerns and escalate issues internally when necessary.

6.     Internal Coordination

· Work closely with internal teams, including sales management, logistics, technical support, finance, and regulatory departments.

· Ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and service support.

7.     Market & Customer Insights

· Monitor customer feedback and market developments.

· Report customer requirements, market opportunities, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.

8.     Reporting & CRM

· Maintain crm data accuracy and completeness at all times, ensuring all client interactions, opportunities, and account activities are logged.

· Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activities.

· Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager regarding account performance, collections, and sales progress.

Education for Sales Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years Sales in a Food or Veterinary

Molecular

  • Diagnostics Lab.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Comfortable managing collections and financial follow-up with customers.
  • Proficient in SAP and CRM systems; competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
