  • نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي:
  • يختص الدور بالبيع المباشر للدورات والخدمات التدريبية التي يقدمها قطاع التدريب بمجموعة الخليج للتدريب و التعليم واستقطاب العملاء الجدد، والمحافظة على العملاء الحاليين، والعمل على تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية الشهرية بما يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والبيعية.
  • المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • استقطاب العملاء وتحقيق المستهدفات البيعية المعتمدة.
  • التواصل مع العملاء وعرض خدمات ودورات المعهد التدريبية بصورة احترافية.
  • متابعة فرص البيع وإعداد التقارير البيعية الدورية.
  • إدخال البيانات واستخدام الأنظمة والبرامج المعتمدة بالشركة بدقة.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة لضمان جودة الخدمة ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء.
  • بناء علاقات مهنية تسهم في تعزيز فرص البيع واستمرارية التعامل مع العملاء.
  • المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع وخدمة العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
  • القدرة على إعداد التقارير والمتابعة الدورية.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو المعاهد التدريبية.
