Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in outbound sales and client targeting.
The candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, building strong business relationships, and contributing to the company’s business growth.
Responsibilities
- Target and approach potential companies and clients
- Handle outbound sales activities and client outreach
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
- Schedule and conduct meetings and field visits to present company services
- Develop sales opportunities and convert them into business deals
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up with clients and manage sales opportunities professionally
- Update client data and sales reports through CRM systems
- Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong experience in outbound sales and client targeting
- Ability to build business relationships and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and follow up effectively
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in auctions, automotive, real estate, or service-based industries is a plus
