What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling UK off-plan property developments
- Managing and converting qualified inbound & outbound leads
- Building long-term investor relationships
- Conducting consultations and investment presentations
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in UK off-plan property sales
- Strong understanding of the UK property investment market
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Target-driven with a strong closing mentality
- Professional, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Experience working with international investors is a plus
