Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Specialist will focus on generating leads, managing client accounts, and closing sales to promote the company's services.

Responsibilities

include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering customer service excellence, providing tailored service recommendations, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

The role will also require participation in sales training and collaboration with the sales management team to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and optimize sales outcomes
  • Experience in Training or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with the legal services environment in the UAE is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
