About This Role
Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Sales Executive to own the commercial side of our client’s business.
The role covers full sales cycle ownership, from pipeline generation through to close, across our full portfolio of AI solutions.
The hire will operate as a consultative seller, mapping client operations, identifying AI use cases, and building solution roadmaps in collaboration with the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound qualification
- Run enterprise client meetings and consultative discovery sessions
- Map client operations, identify AI use cases, and build solution roadmaps across departments
- Sell across xAIa's full portfolio of AI solutions
- Own deals from first conversation through to close
- Manage pipeline in the CRM with discipline
- Coordinate with the solutions and delivery team on scoping and handover
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or services
- Proven track record of generating meetings and moving deals independently
- Strong communicator, comfortable with business owners and senior managers
- Consultative selling mindset
- Coachable, sharp, and able to work at pace
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into UAE or GCC markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
- Candidate Profile Early-career, ambitious, commercially sharp.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Looking for ownership and growth, not a structured corporate seat
