Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Pre-Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our cybersecurity SaaS platform.
This role combines business development, enterprise sales, solution consulting, and technical pre-sales responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging both technical and executive stakeholders while managing opportunities from initial outreach through successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Support proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and customer evaluations.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Security Teams, and executive decision-makers.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer technical questionnaires.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to address customer requirements and deployment considerations.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, MSSPs, and strategic alliances.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at cybersecurity events, conferences, and industry networking activities.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and go-to-market strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity sales, or pre-sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and enterprise security challenges.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and supporting customer evaluations or PoCs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and structured sales processes.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions within the UAE or GCC market.
- Arabic and English language proficiency.
- Existing network of enterprise customers, partners, or security professionals.
- Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks relevant to the region.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
