We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing services and enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, both online and in person.
- Understand client business goals and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and business communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic, Russian, Turkish, or additional languages are considered an advantage.
