Position: Sales Specialist – Dubai
Are you a high-energy, goal-crushing communicator who thrives on connecting with people and closing deals?
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s ready to own their success and grow alongside a team that values performance, passion, and persistence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with potential clients via phone to present our partners’ financial services
- Highlight the benefits of partnering with our clients in a way that resonates
- Qualify prospects and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
- Onboard new clients with precision and professionalism
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with experienced team leaders to deliver exceptional service
- Smash your sales targets and be rewarded for it
- What You Bring to the Table:
- Fluency in English (Additional languages are a plus)
- A track record of sales success and understanding of sales psychology
- Confidence, charisma, and persuasive communication skills
- A hunger for achievement and results
