Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, fostering strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in training sessions, and contributing to sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with clients
- Proven track record in Sales, with expertise in building client relationships and closing deals
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to enhance team performance and support organizational goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and cryptocurrency markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
