About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our property portfolio.
This role requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
In this position, you will work closely with our marketing and property management teams to ensure a consistent and professional client experience, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the Middle East real estate industry.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the local real estate market, legal procedures, and property management is highly desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct property viewings, explain features and benefits, and address client inquiries to facilitate informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that attract prospective buyers and tenants.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions within the CRM system.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster trust and long-term relationships.
Support post-sale activities, including handover and after-sales services, to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
