Maylaa Group seeks an experienced chocolate retail Sales Associate to assist customers, prepare gifts, provide service, and support store sales targets.

Customer service and sales
- Welcome customers and recommend chocolates, gift boxes, and arrangements for their preferences and occasions.
- Explain flavours, ingredients, and allergen information accurately using approved product information.
- Achieve individual sales targets and recommend suitable additional products.
- Build customer relationships and handle enquiries professionally.
Retail operations
- Prepare chocolate boxes, gift wrapping, and customised arrangements to company standards.
- Handle corporate gift and special-occasion orders accurately and on time.
- Process sales and payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain displays and store cleanliness; monitor stock, replenish products, and support inventory counts.
- Check expiry dates, rotate stock, and follow storage, food-handling, hygiene, company, and cash-handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in chocolate retail is required; at least two years in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of chocolate products, gift presentation, and customer service.
- Experience with gift wrapping and chocolate arrangements.
- Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Confidence recommending products and achieving sales targets.
- Point-of-sale familiarity and accurate cash handling.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation, and a positive attitude.
- Availability for retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
