Maylaa Group is seeking an enthusiastic Emirati Sales Associate for its retail team.
The associate helps customers select suitable products, delivers service, and contributes to store sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences; explain features, brands, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Achieve individual sales targets, support store performance, and encourage repeat visits through customer relationships.
- Process sales and payments accurately using the store point-of-sale system.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, organized sales area; replenish stock, count inventory, and handle products accurately.
- Respond to inquiries, refer complaints to the store manager when needed, and follow policies, cash-handling procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Interest in sales, perfumes, beauty, or luxury retail; friendly, confident, and customer-service focused.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and time-management skills; willingness to learn products and develop sales skills.
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends.
- Previous retail or customer-service experience is advantageous; fresh graduates are welcome.
