Maylaa Group seeks an experienced perfume retail sales associate to help customers discover fragrances, provide service, and contribute to store sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and recommend fragrances based on preferences, budget, and occasion; explain fragrance notes, concentrations, ranges, and brand stories.
- Demonstrate products with testers and scent strips, recommend complementary products and gift sets, and build customer relationships with appropriate follow-up.
- Achieve individual targets, stay informed about launches and trends, and prepare gift wrapping.
- Process sales and payments using the point-of-sale system; maintain displays, counters, and testers.
- Replenish stock, count inventory, report discrepancies, handle inquiries, refer complaints when needed, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- At least two years of perfume retail sales experience and good knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and concentrations.
- Strong customer-service skills and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets; English communication skills required, Arabic advantageous.
- Point-of-sale familiarity and accurate cash handling; professional presentation, attention to detail, positive attitude, and teamwork.
- Niche or luxury fragrance brand experience is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
