Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Riyadh Region. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, conducting client training sessions, and developing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service while ensuring alignment with the company's standards for reliability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed performance targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Experience in Training to guide customers or team members to enhance performance and product knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
- Familiarity with the industrial sector is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
