Key Sales Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving the targeted monthly sales level and its value for the region.
  • Monitor and track weekly sales to meet targets based on distributor/category/trade marker/product with the supervisor.
  • Oversee the improvement percentage of monthly market share based on distributor/category.
  • Complete accurate forecasts for the distributor on a monthly basis.
  • Record the proposed order (where necessary) before visiting the distributor, and ensure the appropriate approvals from the distributor team during the visit and confirm receipt of purchase orders from the distributor on time after the visit.
  • Handle distributor purchase orders and communicate about it internally.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the distributor supervisor before, during, and after the completion of the sales plan.
  • Adhere to the required distributor visits according to the defined sales plan by the supervisor.
  • Review and evaluate the availability of product stock during each visit.
  • Evaluate the plan for arranging shelves on a monthly basis and ensure compliance with the distributor's contract.
  • Assess opportunities for utilizing any additional space and negotiate with the distributor manager on the best solution to increase these spaces.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the promotional plan at the distributor and resolve any deviations from the plan with the distributor team.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and develop systematic usage for organized sales processes.
  • Provide and update service activity reports for the distributor in the region (Green Book) on a monthly basis.
  • Support the collection of due payments as per the conditions set by the company.
  • Be the main point of contact for everyone in the distributor area to respond to all inquiries and emerging issues and address them promptly with the distributor team and develop relationships with distributor teams.
  • Communicate commercial information and competitor news to the distributor supervisor regularly.
  • Attend weekly performance meetings with the distributor supervisor and prepare for them.
  • Complete all administrative requirements promptly with the relevant departments.
  • Send any reports or market surveys as requested by the distributor supervisor before the specified final deadline.

Key Coordination Responsibilities

  • Exclusive use of the coordination program to record relevant activities during distributor visits.
  • Adhere to the operational procedures as set by the supervisor.
  • Transfer and display stock from the backroom to the primary and secondary display areas, as needed.
  • Ensure that price tags are clearly visible to consumers.
  • Implement stock rotation based on expiration dates.
  • Ensure that dry and refrigerated stock is displayed and stored correctly in a clean and hygienic manner at the distributor or storage area.
  • Ensure that there is a display and sales area for the promoted products, appropriately and adequately.
  • Conduct accurate monthly stock counts based on volume and expiration dates in all distributor areas and storage areas as needed or as per clear instructions for the product in all designated distributors.
  • Ensure the execution of the contractual agreement at the distributor level.
  • Implement the shelf arrangement plan in the designated areas.
  • Isolate returns and transfer them to the storage area, assisting drivers in loading stock onto delivery trucks and recording relevant data in the coordination program (when needed).
  • Assist drivers in unloading stock and transferring it to the storage area or to the display area (when needed).
  • Coordinate with the distributor supervisor to utilize opportunities to enhance display areas in all distributors.
  • Send any reports or market surveys as requested by the supervisor before the specified deadline.
