The representative contacts customers by phone, explains services, assists with debt restructuring, and helps customers consider solutions.
Requirements
- Proven telesales or other sales experience is required.
- A record of meeting sales quotas is required; phone-based quota experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to learn and explain products and services.
- Excellent English, communication, interpersonal, phone, and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates should handle rejection calmly and demonstrate negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain products and services.
- Close phone sales, maintain customer relationships, and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly targets and support future sales.
- Keep call and sales records and record useful information.
- Answer service queries and resolve complaints tactfully.
- Present services confidently and guide customers through debt-management options.
Compensation
- The description lists pay up to AED 3,000 per month and separately gives a range of AED 3,000–3,500 per month; the structured salary is AED 3,000 per month.
