The employer is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Car Sales Executive for its sales team.
The role is in automotive/car sales and requires at least one year of sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and potential customers; help customers choose vehicles based on needs and budget.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, prices, and offers; conduct demonstrations and test drives when required.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, negotiate prices, close sales, and meet company targets.
- Maintain customer relationships; prepare quotations and sales paperwork; contribute to monthly team targets.
- Keep up to date with vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience is required; automotive or car sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and customer-service skills, and good English communication are required.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, self-motivated, professional, positive, and able to work independently and with a team.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month, with sales commission and incentives.
- The employer describes the salary package as competitive.
