The hotel seeks an experienced Chinese Purchase Manager to join its team in Dubai.
The role focuses on hotel purchasing and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers; build relationships, particularly with Chinese suppliers.
- Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Coordinate requirements with Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, stock levels, and supplier performance.
- Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications; identify suppliers and alternatives to improve cost efficiency.
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure procurement follows company policies and hotel standards.
Requirements
- Proven Purchase Manager or Procurement Manager experience; hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong purchasing, sourcing, and supplier negotiation knowledge.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.
- Chinese supplier and manufacturer experience highly preferred; knowledge of the UAE market and local suppliers is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and purchasing or procurement systems.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
