Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications – A/E/C Focus)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to sell **large-format color graphic printing services** across diverse B2B industries, including **Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)**.
This role focuses on selling high-impact visual solutions such as **point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale (POS) displays, trade show and exhibit graphics, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage, and marketing materials**.
The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with experience in **B2B sales, print services, or A/E/C industry solutions**, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new **B2B sales opportunities** across target industries
- Sell **large-format digital printing and visual communication solutions** to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the **A/E/C, retail, advertising, and manufacturing sectors**
- Conduct **cold calling, outreach, and in-person client meetings** to generate new business
- Present and position **wide-format print solutions, substrates, and applications** to clients
- Develop a strong understanding of **large-format printing processes, materials, and applications**
- Manage the full **sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals**
- Maintain accurate **sales activity tracking, pipeline updates, and weekly reporting**
- Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Represent the company at **networking events, client meetings, and industry functions**
Qualifications
- Proven experience in **sales within the A/E/C industry (required)**
- Background in **printing, reprographics, or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred**
- Strong knowledge of **wide-format printing materials, substrates, and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)**
- Demonstrated success in **cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales**
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**
- Self-motivated with a strong **hunter mentality and results-driven mindset**
- Proficiency with **CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools**
- Strong networking ability with a **dynamic and outgoing personality**
- Ability to manage and track **daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics**
