We specialize in high-end transformations, including premium **Paint Protection Film (PPF), custom Car Wrapping, advanced Detailing & Ceramic Coatings**, bespoke ambient lighting, and top-tier sound system upgrades.
We turn standard vehicles into bespoke masterpieces.
As our studio grows, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Sales Representative** who shares our passion for cars, aesthetics, and excellence.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for turning inquiries into active projects, managing inbound interest from our digital channels, and aggressively pursuing new business through outbound sales.
Your goal is to maximize conversion rates and consistently hit high-performance sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- **Social Media Lead Handling:** Promptly respond to and manage inbound leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp, ensuring fast response times.
- **Lead Conversion:** Turn raw inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively showcasing the value of our PPF, wrapping, detailing, and modification packages.
- **Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach:** Proactively source, cold call, and reach out to potential premium clients, car clubs, and businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
- **Relentless Follow-Ups:** Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow up with pending leads to close deals and maximize studio booking capacity.
- **Meeting & Exceeding Targets:** Work under pressure to hit strict daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales and revenue targets.
- **Consultative Selling:** Understand customer needs and pitch the ideal solutions from our premium service menu (explaining the benefits of self-healing PPF, color-change vinyl wraps, paint correction, etc.).
- **End-to-End Support:** Guide clients smoothly through the entire process, from initial quotation to final vehicle delivery and post-service check-ins.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:** Proven track record in active sales, ideally within automotive detailing, tinting/PPF shops, or aftermarket accessories in the UAE.
Experience
- managing social media inquiries and cold calling is highly preferred.
- **Closing Skills:** Strong negotiation and high-conversion skills. You must be comfortable handling objections and closing deals over the phone, via chat, and in person.
- **Target-Driven Mindset:** Highly motivated by commissions, resilient against rejection, and entirely results-oriented.
- **Car Passion:** Solid understanding of car modifications, wrapping vinyls, paint protection, and vehicle aesthetics.
- **Language:** Native or professional fluency in **English is required**. Ability to speak **Arabic** ,HIindi or other languages is a huge advantage.
