About This Role
Overview
1.
Greet customers visiting the store or at their homes, identify potential clients, and meet assigned sales targets;
2.
Provide measurement services to customers in accordance with the company’s standardized training methods, and sell appropriate products and styles based on customer needs, while providing follow-up after-sales service;
3.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s product features and performance.
Engage with customers enthusiastically and proactively based on their dressing habits, providing professional advice on attire and styling to enhance customer satisfaction;
4.
Be responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of necessary measuring tools and fabric swatch books;
5.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
1.
Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic speakers preferred;
2.
At least 1 year of sales experience; punctual, goal-oriented, and proactive in developing new clients;
3.
Professional appearance and demeanor, approachable, warm, and customer-service oriented;
4.
Strong team player with a big-picture perspective; meticulous and diligent in work;
5.
Passionate about fashion, with a keen sense of aesthetics and styling.
Note: This position is open to part-time candidates; preference will be given to those available to work 3 or more days per week.
