Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** with their own visa and car.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for business development and client relationship management, with the ability to bring in new projects and expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and luxury construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote our services in interior fit-out, furniture, and villa construction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and networking.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Must hold own valid visa and have own car. (mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in construction, interiors, or luxury sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with high-profile clients.
