Sales Representative – Food Products
We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE, specializing in food products (chocolate).
This role focuses on field sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts within the FMCG sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (mandatory).
- Strong background in food products / FMCG sales (required).
- Solid experience in B2B sales and key account management.
- Ability to open and manage large customers (supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, wholesalers)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote and sell chocolate products.
- Acquire new high-volume clients and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide accurate sales reports and field feedback
• Basic Salary: AED 2000-4000
- Commission-based structure (details to be discussed during the interview)
- Performance-based incentives

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
