The role focuses on selling visit visa and related services, managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects.
Work Location and Employment
- The position is based in Business Bay, Dubai, and is performed in person.
- The advertised employment type is full-time and permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell visit visa and other visa-related services.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
- Follow up with potential clients, convert inquiries, and achieve individual and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships, lead records, follow-up records, and sales activity records.
- Coordinate with operations and provide after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred, while freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Visa, immigration, travel, or tourism experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication, customer handling, English, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred, and Hindi, Tamil, Sinhala, Urdu, or Tagalog is an advantage.
