Wizard Immigration Services is hiring an experienced Accountant for its team in Dubai Business Bay.
The role focuses on invoicing, payables and receivables, bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT support, records maintenance, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least three years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Hands-on invoicing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.
- Experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial records is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with VAT-related requirements.
- Prepare financial reports as required.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500 per month.
- Visa will be provided.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai Business Bay.
