Experienced visa processing specialist role based in Business Bay, Dubai.
The role handles visa applications for Europe, Australia, the United States, New Zealand, the UK, and other destinations.
Visa processing duties
- Handle complete visa application and processing procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents, including bank statements, NOCs, and other paperwork prepared from scratch.
- Process at least 15 applications daily, according to the posting.
- Check applications for accuracy and completeness and submit within required timelines.
- Communicate with applicants, provide guidance, follow up, and share regular status updates.
- Stay current on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with authorities and partners.
- Achieve processing and customer-service targets.
Required experience and skills
- At least two years of experience is required; freshers are asked not to apply.
- Proven visa-processing experience and strong knowledge of procedures and documentation are required.
- Must be able to independently handle multiple applications and process at least 15 per day.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are required.
Preferred experience
- UAE visa-processing or travel-industry experience is preferred.
Pay
- The posting states a basic salary plus commission and lists AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
