The specialist manages end-to-end visa processing for applications to destinations including the UK, Canada, the USA, and Europe.
The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle global visa application and processing procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Guide applicants through the process, follow up, and provide status updates.
- Stay current on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with authorities and partners.
- Achieve processing and customer-service targets.
Qualifications
- Proven visa-processing experience and strong knowledge of procedures and documentation are essential.
- Must have experience independently handling multiple visa applications.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
- Must work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- UAE visa-processing or travel-industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- The posting states a good basic salary plus commission and lists pay of AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
