The role manages onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, attendance, company systems, email accounts, and general administration.
Onboarding and offboarding
- Collect and manage passport, visa, CV, job offer, internal contract, acknowledgment, NDA, and social media acknowledgment records.
- Provide employee email credentials and coordinate biometrics during onboarding.
- Obtain handover acknowledgment of items issued during onboarding when employees leave.
- Download attendance records, remove biometrics, and manage social media and email account transitions during offboarding.
- Download WhatsApp history and save it in the employee's electronic file.
Other administrative tasks
- Manage DU authorizations, reception, attendance reports, mail, and sick leave administration.
- Add and remove biometric records and manage stamps and signatures.
- Download and review dashboards and applicant records.
- Add or remove domain email accounts, change passwords, manage applicant email, and maintain a credentials list.
Candidate profile
- Be organized and responsible, handle confidential information, and manage digital employee records and internal company systems.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
