Sales / Purchase Coordinator - Automotive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify correct parts using catalogues and provide stock availability, pricing and product details to drivers, salesmen and customers.
- Handle WhatsApp, phone and walk-in enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Prepare sales quotations, sales orders and invoices, ensuring all required documentation is completed correctly.
- Coordinate with drivers for customer collections and deliveries and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the technical team to monitor jobs and ensure work is completed within the committed timeline.
- Communicate with customers regarding any delays, explain the reason and manage revised delivery commitments professionally.
- Source urgent raw materials and coordinate local lathe work when required.
- Monitor raw-material stock and coordinate replenishment.
- Collect completed job details from the technical team, prepare finished-goods bundles and maintain proper job files and signatures.
- Coordinate daily workload and arrange overtime when required.
- Maintain accurate system records and provide regular updates to the concerned teams.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- Freshers or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good computer and system skills with fast and accurate data entry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow up and work under pressure.
- Automotive parts knowledge will be an advantage.
