The employer is seeking an experienced Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Consultant for its real estate team.
The role is commission-based and full-time in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities; conduct viewings and advise clients.
- Build relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors; negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions.
- Track market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and documentation; achieve sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Requirements
- Requires at least 3 years of real estate sales experience and good knowledge of the local property market.
- Requires strong sales, negotiation, communication, customer service, and relationship management abilities.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Microsoft Office and CRM systems proficiency are advantageous.
