Role Overview

Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Consultant role focused on residential and commercial property sales and leasing.

The role requires at least 3 years of real estate sales experience and strong knowledge of the local property market.

Location and Work Arrangement

  • The role is based in Doha, Qatar.
  • Work is performed in person.

Employment

  • The position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and advise clients professionally.
  • Build relationships with owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and required documentation.
  • Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities are required.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Owning a vehicle is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market is required.
  • Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency is advantageous.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
