Full-time Leasing Manager – Real Estate role based in Qatar.
Lead the leasing team and drive rental business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the leasing team to achieve monthly and annual rental targets.
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue; set team targets and monitor performance.
- Support negotiations, property viewings, and deal closures.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, property owners, and developers.
- Generate leasing opportunities and listings; monitor rental trends, pricing, availability, and competitors.
- Keep listings accurate and professionally presented; coach agents and monitor lead conversion.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
Requirements
- Proven real estate leasing and management experience; previous leasing-team leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate rental market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and landlord and tenant relationship skills.
- Proven ability to achieve leasing targets; strong knowledge of property marketing and lead generation.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Qatar real estate experience is highly preferred.
- A valid Qatar driving license and own car are advantageous.
