The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Property Advisor.
The advisor will lease residential and commercial properties and provide customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and present available properties to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
- Maintain current property-listing and client-record databases.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close leasing transactions.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and company objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate leasing required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills required.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle required.
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude required.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
