Levels Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Property Advisor.
The role focuses on leasing residential and commercial properties and serving landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and present available properties.
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
- Maintain property listing and client record databases.
- Follow up with prospects and close leasing transactions.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitors.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and company objectives.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle are required.
- Excellent local real estate market knowledge is required.
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency are required.
- Candidates must work independently and collaboratively.
- A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude are required.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
