Responsibilities

  • Promote and advertise products and services to potential customers.
  • Engage customers professionally to create awareness and interest.
  • Explain product features and benefits when answering inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while providing customer service.
  • Develop customer relationships that support repeat business and loyalty.
  • Provide market feedback to management to improve promotional strategies.
  • Complete other duties assigned to support sales department goals.

Requirements

  • At least one year of sales experience in the UAE is required.
  • Previous customer-facing sales experience is preferred; promotion or retail experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • A positive, friendly approach and enthusiasm for customer interaction are expected.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach are sought.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is expected.
  • Flexibility to work across retail and event-based environments is required.

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly salary of AED 2,999–3,000, with an additional commission structure and performance-based earning potential.

Workplace
