Promote products and services and engage potential customers to support sales targets and business growth.

Key responsibilities
- Promote and advertise products and services to potential customers.
- Engage customers professionally and enthusiastically to create awareness and interest.
- Answer product inquiries and explain features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers and encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Share feedback and market insights with management to improve promotional strategies.
- Perform other duties assigned to support sales department goals.
Skills and qualifications
- One year of sales experience in the UAE is required.
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer-facing sales experience is preferred; promotional or retail experience is a plus.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Bring a positive, friendly attitude and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Have strong organizational and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-motivated and results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be flexible to work in retail and event-based environments as needed.
Pay and commission
- The description lists a fixed monthly salary of AED 3,000 and an attractive performance-based commission structure.
