Promote telecom products and services as a customer-facing Sales Promoter.

Responsibilities
- Promote and advertise products and services to potential clients.
- Engage customers to create awareness and generate interest; answer inquiries about product features and benefits.
- Work toward and exceed sales targets while providing customer service.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Share feedback and market insights with management to improve promotional strategies.
- Perform other duties assigned in support of sales department goals.
Skills and qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the UAE is required.
- Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Previous customer-facing sales experience is preferred; promoting or retail experience is a plus.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer interaction.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Flexible to work in retail and event-based environments.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 3,000 plus commission; the posting also lists pay of AED 2,999–3,000 per month.
