Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies targeting businesses and relevant clients.
- Generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other sales methods.
- Build and maintain client relationships and support continued sales.
- Present products and services in ways tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms; close sales against targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demand.
- Track sales, report progress, and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
- Support customers after sale and resolve concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience; one year is separately listed as preferred.
- Telecom experience, particularly Etisalat or Du, is required.
- Strong opportunity-identification, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, manage time, and meet targets.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required; a UAE driving licence is recommended.
Schedule
- Work six days per week, nine hours per day.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person; the role is described as outdoor sales.
Employment
