Merchandising and sales
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies balancing customer expectations and company objectives.
- Increase customer interest and sales by displaying products according to planograms; produce store layout plans and maintain shelves and inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs.
- Calculate discounts and special offers accurately, and stay current on promotions and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with logistics to maintain stock availability; work with supermarket staff to improve product visibility.
- Maintain the store's visual appearance and assist with orders and fast-moving item monitoring.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications and languages
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- A diploma is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,100 to AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is in person.
