Role Overview
The employer seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Executive for its Finance and Accounts team.
The candidate should have accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and basic-to-intermediate experience with Odoo ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and entries.
- Manage sales, purchases, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform cash, bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll and attendance-related accounting tasks.
- Support inventory and stock-related accounting entries.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Enter and verify transactions using Odoo ERP.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Two or more years of accounting experience is preferred.
- Basic-to-intermediate Odoo ERP knowledge is required; candidates with basic knowledge are welcome if willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- UAE experience in retail, supermarket, or trading is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.

- The role is in person.
