Al Kabayel Prime seeks an experienced, customer-oriented Sales Executive or Sales Associate with sales skills and bartending knowledge.
The role supports daily sales, product presentation, customer satisfaction and beverage preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide professional recommendations.
- Promote products, achieve sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain product displays, shelves and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate beverage knowledge, drink preparation and bartending techniques.
- Prepare and serve beverages as required, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Support inventory checks, product arrangement and daily sales operations.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures and customer-service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or a related field.
- Practical knowledge and experience in bartending and beverage preparation.
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales ability and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Good personal presentation and professional conduct.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
