Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll and verify attendance, absences, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, advances, allowances, overtime, and other adjustments.
- Maintain employee payroll, attendance, and leave records and coordinate discrepancies with HR and branch management.
- Assist with salary certificates, payroll documents, accounting entries, invoices, receipts, expenses, and payment records.
- Assist with cash, bank, and ledger reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
- Prepare payroll, attendance, and basic accounting reports for management.
- Support the Finance Manager or Accounts Manager with daily accounting and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of relevant UAE experience in payroll, accounts, or a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of payroll and attendance management and good knowledge of MS Excel formulas and data management.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Accounting or payroll software experience is an advantage.
- Retail, supermarket, hypermarket, or multi-branch experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy, communication, confidentiality, organization, and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Payroll processing, attendance management, overtime and leave calculation, salary administration, and employee records.
- MS Excel, basic accounting, invoice and expense recording, bank and cash reconciliation, reporting, and documentation.
- Candidates with multiple-branch or large-workforce payroll experience are highly preferred.
Pay
- The advertised pay is AED 2,800 to AED 4,500 per month.

- The work location is in person.
