Sales Officer -Trend Auto Services Center
About This Role
Requirements:
- Experience in an automotive workshop or service center
- Strong background in insurance coordination and claims handling
- Existing network/database in the automotive or insurance field is an advantage
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
- Ability to upsell services and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from individual and corporate clients
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and claims
- Promote workshop services and upsell additional repairs/maintenance
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure smooth service process from inquiry to delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets
