Customer Relations Executive

The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, reservations, vehicle handovers, and service-related concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Process vehicle reservations, amendments, extensions, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with rental agreements and required documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection, and return processes.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and rental documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams regarding vehicle availability.
- Promote company services and support sales initiatives when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, car rental, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Experience in the car rental or transportation industry.
- Knowledge of rental management systems.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
