We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Operations Manager** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rental and fleet operations.
- Manage and supervise operational staff and drivers.
- Ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and compliance.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the car rental, transportation, or mobility industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
