Generate sales and develop new business for flooring tiles and building materials in the UAE.
The role requires knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out industry and an established client and contractor network.
Responsibilities
- Generate UAE sales opportunities; build relationships with contractors, designers, consultants, developers, architects, retailers, and project clients.
- Identify construction and fit-out projects, generate enquiries, and conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; follow up enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions within company guidelines.
- Coordinate stock, samples, pricing, delivery schedules, and client requirements with internal teams; maintain customers and generate repeat business.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, products, and trends; maintain sales pipeline, reports, and forecasts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate collections with Accounts; achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE sales experience in flooring tiles, ceramic or porcelain tiles, or other building materials.
- Strong B2B and project-sales understanding; proven results achieving targets and generating new business.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction projects and market practices; able to generate leads independently and develop accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; good command of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- An existing UAE construction, fit-out, and building-materials client network is highly preferred; networks of contractors, consultants, architects, designers, and developers are preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
