The Sales Merchandiser supports product visibility, stock availability, and sales performance across retail outlets.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores according to the route plan.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished; maintain shelf availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Support promotions and in-store sales activities; monitor stock and coordinate replenishment.
- Check product expiry, rotation, and presentation.
- Build relationships with store staff and share basic feedback on competitor activity.
- Maintain point-of-sale materials and merchandising standards.
- Prepare basic daily or weekly sales and stock reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales merchandising, retail, FMCG, or field sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising.
- Target-driven and willing to visit multiple outlets.
- UAE retail or FMCG experience is an advantage.
