Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the UAE construction and contracting sector.
- Build relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and subcontractors.
- Identify piling, foundation, excavation, shoring, and construction projects and generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Promote piling and foundation contracting services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Maintain databases of clients, contractors, consultants, and potential projects.
- Convert leads into awarded projects through client and contractor follow-up.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist management with contract closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, and operations teams for project handover.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant UAE experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Construction, piling, foundation, shoring, excavation, or related contracting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market is required.
- A proven record of generating leads and securing construction projects is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, presentation, business development, and client relationship skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems proficiency is required.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Good command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

- Work location is hybrid remote in Dubai.
